David Perry: Lawyers drove the bus when it came to s b c sex abuse scandal. He says they wanted to make sure there was no, no escalating liability for misconduct. They were very focused on avoiding that sort of escalading level of responsibility. Perry: When you try to suppress a centralized legal responsibility, then you aleso suppressing a lot of centralized moral responsibility.
