China's Relationship With Russia

In China's Russia policy community, there have always been these two caps. There are strategies for not Russia experts and those who advocate that Russia uses a strategy of chaos. So by the end of the day, they all look at what Xi Jinping says. And I think his personal preference, which is the leadership factor, plays a huge, well, I would even say the determining role in China's relationship with Russia.
