The film is based on a true story about the CIA's MKUltra program. The plan was to reprogram people's minds so that they could become world citizens. It started in World War II because they wanted to use technology from MIT, like Wienernetics. This is after everyone got super woke at World War II. After one of the ultimate tests you know what will happen? I definitely wrote some shit down on half-a-dozen occasions. That's too far out from even getting my mind around it.
