Isolate Integrate - Is There a Better Way?

I think they've got it backwards in their dogma of saying that every single joint needs to be like fixed and whatever before you can start doing. I moved away from that many years ago, once you start us understanding the constraints that approach ecological dynamics. You never really get to a whole very well if you start just from the broken up pieces. But at the same time, I think it's excellent excellent work as a as a compliment to the whole body by actual actually doing stuff.
