The Biden administration has reinstated environmental protections for Alaska's Tungas National Forest. Ade Darnell of the Stimson Center says that the U.S. government is failing to adjust to a more assertive global south. In March, almost half of African states abstained from or voted against a U.N. resolution condemning Russia.
