Russia is now maybe legalizing crypto for cross border payment usage. Can we all just agree that we have no idea what rush is doing? People are investing in those places with absolutely no idea if crypto is going to be illegal the day after they wire the check. It's very, a kind of a skitso frantic policy from russia on crypto. One day is band next day the central bank is using it or something. So it's funny how quickly things change.
