The Importance of a Cooler Head

He was at the 21s game down at Walsell against West Brom's 21s. The story is kind of a repeat of those stories though from when he was at Middlesbrough where the recruitment didn't work. And there's a story of, I can't remember which manager they sat with, Karanka and the following game when it was on Steve Agnew in Middlesbrough lost. He also demanded to go into the changing rooms to speak to my fucking players - that's not what your job is. There does need to be that distance there and there does needs to be a cooler head there as well. That's kind of beyond his remit, isn't it?
