Shelley wasn't really ready for school or for being bullied. He had a terrible temper but couldn't fight very well, not a great combination. Shelley was at Eton College for six years where he started writing poetry and wrote a Gothic novel called Zastrozzi that was published. Both his poems and his novel were attacked for being immoral in the eyes of critics.
