What's the Difference Between Going Public and Going Private?
A lot of these fintech companies kind of had, you know, really big valuations. Some ended up going public, some of them ended up going the spacker out and now they're all compressed and crushed. I think at that time, companies went public early too early when they were not ready for being public to do companies. So now it's very different. The companies go public much later to access capital markets because probably capital markets have been growing tremendously.
