Pioneer Tenants United, a tenant union supported by my organization ReclaimRI, has reached a crisis point. Slumlord Pioneer Investments has issued retaliatory evictions and terminations of tenancy against at least five Pioneer households for speaking out about horrific conditions pervasive across this slumlord's 60 plus buildings in the state.
