Do You Have Any Tips on How to Find Out What Your Audience Is Not What They Think They Are?
A lot of times we create something in one way and we think we know what people are searching for. One of our favorite ways to do this is to go straight to the source, ask your audience and do it in a long question format survey. And then you're asking them to actually complete that survey using their own words. When you do this, it takes a little more effort and you'll get less responses. But the content you get back, you're actually getting your audience to tell you what they're searching for. It can be so powerful to hear that in their own words and then use that as a guide.
