How to Measure Oral Reading Fluency

You can measure oral reading fluency using sort of an appropriate age appropriate text and getting a bit of an average if you do a couple of different texts and tracking that as a way to go away from this idea of levels there's because we know that leveled readers don't really tell us much information either.
