Mod Team Recruiting

We're generally not looking at that as a community team. However, there are teams at the company that are absolutely looking at how many active community s we have and whether any are in decline. A big focus for this year will be reaching out to subretits that maybe don't have enough moderators and helping them recruit more. We've actually developed a metric that tells if a moderation team is big enough and active enough based on the amount of activity they have. And so again, we're just trying to move further and further up the funnel, i suppose, to make sure that we have as many pieces in place to insure success as possible.
