I was like well, I should catch up with a bunch of other Mark Miller stuff that over the years I've maybe read the first issue and then gotten busy. The origin of why they got their powers because they you know It's these group of people in the depression and they went to this mysterious island They come back with superpowers and they're like we're gonna make the world a better place But they we don't really know Why that was like why did this force come down again? Yes? Will this ever come back? And then I just don't think so I wouldn't know because comics allergies are annoying.
