The BBC's Response to Phillips Gofield
BBC News has spent the better part of a month reporting Phillips Gofield as though it's a very significant commentary on the cultural ITV. Jimmy Savile was not only horrendous in itself, but a commentary on the way in which the BBC handled its talent. And so you can see the BBC getting back into exactly the same playbook - some good, some bad and formal language.
