I think that creativity or at least the ability to sit at intersections is so important. Some of that is just habit. We found through the pandemic there are other ways to do things. I mean, for me, some of the most successful people I ever talked to have that ability. But it's only because they kind of wrenched it out of the system or found a way to get it. The system or the organizations tended to sort of stifle that,. which is kind of interesting. Especially the way the world is moving.
