The idea of being able to maintain your composure and follow an appropriate algorithm is heavily promoted in both areas. There are obviously different approaches depending on what resources you have available. Your practice environment really affect what you're able to do, but the basics of your kind of algorithm and how you're going to approach it don't change. It just changes which ways you can go with that.
