The House of Aoral
Gandalf came and healed Theoden on March 2nd, just 13 days ago. Tolkien actually explains in his 1966 index that quote, here he meant house in both senses of the word. When she's joyful, she has quite a bit more to say about why she's happy about where Thayadun is, right? Right. But when she says the house of aoral, I originally was thinking she's not referring to Medge's cell, right? She's referring to not the literal house, the king, but to the descendants of aoral. That is the family.
