How to Calculate the Chance of a Gap Fill

The most common off side is 11 ticks, and the standard deviation is 17 ticks. The visual style I had, I think was 92%. But if you take out the zero to six ticks gaps, then it comes to 82% chance fill. So what I then did was look at all the stats that filled that gap,. That fell in that range, and then looked how far they went off side.
