Self care is doing whatever makes you feel like yourself. Name two or three things, and try and do those things during your retreat time. Schedule only in a way that matters to you. Not every bit will be magical. Every stroll through a book store will feel as romantic as you imagine it will. Do the stuff you already love on the margins. Don't ever cram into the longer part of the challenge.
