The Benefits of Fruit

Sugar and processed foods like large amounts of consuming sugar is associated with health issues. I think what sometimes like the general public including myself and you fail to realize is that these are sometimes at this peak performance level. And so when you're talking about, it reminds me of like exercise. Yes it might not be optimal but if you've never picked up a weight before and you do a bicep curl, you're gonna stimulate your bicep. Yeah. But no okay we're gonna just come out as fruity. I believe fruit is helping. Like it is crazy.
