Is There a Board of Directors?
I don't say to them, I will get because it's not me, it's them. But the thing that we need to point out is that there's not just one person looking after an athlete. These athletes have a board of directors. Like I can teach everything I need to do for an athlete but if they go on and for one small reason, somebody triggers them. Someone triggers an athlete and they just decide to swear and scream and throw the tennis rackets. Because of that, that then gets them off target. They don't take the court unless you are emotionally stable enough to go through every avenue. If you take ownership in the process that the athletes will get far better
