i often say science tal a bit of sience. Science has to fight a two front war against excess dogmatism and excess scepticism. You can't be two dogmatics on seventeenth, eighteenth century science. And the scientists still think that they are in 17 50. They are the sort of deist, freethinking rationalists who are fighting against the system and the power. In the sort of paradoxical memetic inversion, they have become what they, you know, ye always choose your enemies, because e will soon be like them.
