i like aristotle a lot am, especially his nicomache an ethics. I made it such an influential work because theres so many character development programmes. His work is fairly easy to read, even thoughis written over two thousand years ago. It really underlies so much of how we view development that and so i think it does. And there's even things called army values that, in some ways ore all virtue, ethics, with loyal duty, respectselfless service, honor, integrity and personal courages.
