Meditation Aps
i used meditation aps for a little while, and i definitely felt some benefit. But every time i've tried to go back into the apse, it's just as, it just doesn't fit any more. It feels clunky. And whenever i'm given that sort of six minute period to quiet my mind, i just fall asleep. People come to ou and say, i've already made some progress, but i want to take it to the next. So if someone's listening to this, and they have tried before,. and they have felt smatterings of of benefits, how can they move forward an access what is very tantalizing? Y ay. I like you
