One of the biggest things that we see is patients who don't feel like they've been engaged with. And it's something purely simple, like, you know, writing notes or looking at a computer screen throughout the appointment. I think one of the biggest thing is to set the tone join with the patient golf topic. We know that a collaborative venture takes place when you're next to each other and if you're sat directly opposite this can be combative.
