Synthesis in a Virtual Environment?

There are many great tools out there, but also for people who might be a little more intimidated for those tools. I think some of the things that we're seeing is try it out with a safe team first, find somebody who can mentor you who's using it first. And if you need to go low tech, other things we've done is have people just be the brainstorm post-it person and stick things behind them on a wall and make it real when we're going on.
