ABC Fitness - A Year End Close

Bill Davis was the CFO of three or four software companies, all of which we had tried to buy at one point in time. He thought he wanted to be an operating partner but quickly got that itch to be a CEO. Bill said about to expand the management team with folks in each functional area that had done it before. And so over the next couple of years, Bill really enhanced the management team and built it out as kind of a real A plus group.
