Spotify's Pricing Power
Spotify announced $1 a month price hikes across the board for all those plans. If we say that all of these 61.6 million subs stay around, get the price, they're going to be paying $12 more per month, or excuse me, per year to Spotify. And if we run through the math on what that'll mean from a revenue generation, just multiply those two numbers together, that would be $740 million in revenue for Spotify each year. That can mean 6% revenue growth for the company just from these North American price increases over the next year.
