The editor in chief of the royal institute of australia sai science they've recently discovered may prove to be pivotal. If this finally gets before a judge and they still can't see the science behind it, wouldn't that say a lot for how courts find credible and reliable evidence? What does e say of the justice system as a whole? Well, i think what miss falbig's case is high lights is the need for change in the way the law assesses the reliability of expert evidence. So we very much hope that will be a legacy of miss falbi's case, because it's always been my hope O robert hopes at something good happens from this case.
