Is Child Pays for Parent Your Own Transaction?

There's a limited amount of both number of child transactions in a mempool graph, you know, when you're tracing like parents and children. So for example, one large sweep could just lock you out of the size constraint to say, you're not even allowed to spend your own change trends. There's also called package limit pinning, which is another flavor of this, which is due to the complexity of the mempool architecture.
