i often talk about 12 step spirituality as recovering, you know, alcoholic and anddrogadic from years back. We made a searching and fearless moral inventory of ourselves in the fourth step, and then we admitted to god, to ourselves and to another human being the exact nature of our wrongs which is the fifth step. And i think even like another degree of that, of even that'scofort as a starting point, is at least begin with a journal where you can get that stuff out and begin to name things," he says.
