Is There a Limit to How Smart You Can Make a Mouse?
The limits are the physical constraints of the brain. Part of the promise of understanding human brain is that we may be able to find ways around these limitations. We have developed its prosthetics already, and i think that they will become moreand more integrated. I think if we understand how to tinker precisely with the biochemistry, with moleco biology, the self physiology of memory, we might be able to a call upon it when we most need it.
