Mycroditus almost always will involve inflammation and adema of the heart. The cases that i've seen, even though they're not necessarily life threatening, virtually invariably have substantial e c g abnormalities. If you see lots of premature beats on the monitor, if you see crs prolongation, this would be intra ventricular conduction defect rather than typical bundle c block.
