CNN's iReporter Andrew Neil sat down with the author of a book about putton. Leis Gergen says she got an insight into his world view and mind set from her decades studying him. She also said that he could lose all rationality and become irrational, which makes it difficult to deal with in real life. "It's scary for us, but i think it's so scaring for the russians," writes Neil.
