The Importance of Being a Growth Group Leader

I want you to hear me. The showroom vehicle of our church is growth groups. That is the primary venue by in which we're going to make disciples. You can't call yourself a true member of abundant life, but not being a growth group. How many churches are not talking about key things that we need to disciple our society effectively? I don't know how you make disciples in the bay and you're not equipped with how to walk with your gay neighbor. Not in a way that's hateful and so truth-oriented, you're condemning... When people saw Jesus, they saw a man full of grace and truth.
