The Stabbing of a Woman in a Clinic

Kathleen marshall was found dead in a pool of blood outside her clinic. Police were called to the home, but an automatic sprinkler had already washed away possible evidence from the driveway and surrounds. A crime scene examiner managed to force his way into the room where he saw kathleen lying face down with a stab wound on her chest. It looked as though the killer had tried to clean themselves and the crime scene before fleeing. The area contained so much blood that stepping equipment had to be placed on the floor to prevent investigators contaminating the area.
