Kirgestan has been the only central asian countries post soviet. They have regularly what they would call little tulip revolutions, eh? Because the tulip flower comes here from the region. But since they have never really been legitimatized through a democratic process, as easy as someone can get into power here, they can also be taken down. There is a rising anti westernism, negative idea about democracy in general.
