Is the Merger Going to Happen?

I consider myself to be like an average collector or very average investor, you know what I mean? Like, I'm not managing big funds as much as I've been able. We are trying to do a homework and really just, you know, buy and hold. It's so hard to either like identify those as they happen or even predict them. And I'm just, I'm looking for you to tell me how to do that.
