The idea for the book came to me with this structure where there are six chapters and each one is really long. So it starts with the origins because we need to, if we're going to look for life on other worlds, we have to think about how life arises in general. Then there's a chapter on planets. That's where Moia used to be because I used to mention how there's like a habitable zone in the galaxy,. But I think that got a little too in the weeds and a little too far from the act.
