The Effects of Exercise on White Blood Cell Numbers

The main benefit of doing the moderate exercise is this increase in the white blood cell number. This flushing into cells that are primed to fighting infection from the blood vessel walls into the circulation. And then we exercise, we can see increases in the circulation of these various signaling molecule. So they're having some effect and the ones coming from muscle which are probably you might think are the most important if we're talking about exercise.
