There's like right around the corner from my house, the city of Portland put in incentives for small businesses to put an EV chargers 10 years ago or more now. And there's someone they put a blink charger at this Domino's Pizza rightaround the corner from where I live, 10, 12 years ago, whatever it was,. "I've literally I walk past it almost every single day when I go to get groceries and stuff" It's never being used.
