Murphy's Confession on the Plan to Kill Mike Malloy

Murphy told DA Foley that he had been in the car when Mike Malloy was run over. He spilled names, substantiating information gathered by Texas on the street and supplied by McNally. Murphy said best Tony was murdered because of a dispute of the insurance money. The plan was for me to be Malloy's brother and that he had no mother and father. I was supposed to be his brother and my name was meant to be Joseph Mallory.
