As a phoenotype, i already have built in structural priors endowed by evolution. This is the kind of peno type that maximises its evidence or maximies its marginal likely to be there in te sa next generation. So this is very much a a basian take on natural selection. The next good hypothesis on model there is the felotype, but that m is as a slower time scale, that contextlizes the fast developed mental fintipic plasticity you would see within sematic time.
