How to Measure a Service?

Start small anywhere. It can be simple useability testing, it doesn't have to be some huge data platfor even so he small est feedback already matters. When they're dealing with cultural barriers, it's like the most important piece still. I think people get a little side track sometimes when they, when they think about what they're oing to measure a service or a system. But i agree with timye, small progress is still progress.
