So do companies who want to create this psychological safety bring in people to help their teams get to a point where they can do this? And it works? And it isn't just box ticking? Cause i noticed you said you have to say, you're going to do this, and you have to carry it out. Is this coming more alive in business now? so ifyou would like to point out there.
