The Effects of Altitude on Performance

In some studies, we see an increased power output of four millimole. And then three weeks after altitude stay, the great majority of studies shows that you are back to base level in terms of hemoglobin mass. We have a working closely with some cyclists that have used heat training for a long period of time and we have published some cases on this. It seems like there are potential to accumulate and also maintain increased hemoglobin mass with this heat training over a prolonged period.
