I think with the kinds of men that you're talking about there's often a blinded by the moment thing going on or a kind of blind drive to pleasure and oh it feels better without a condom which always seemed like a really poor excuse to me. For some guys there's just an element of I don't have as much to lose. And then if you just look at it it's like yeah they don't want to be trapped but they also have massive lack of control over impulses compared to women. You are just like holy God. In the moment we're not rational. Yeah exactly.
