The Slamming of Doors

There's this thing the movie does that really throws me which is for much of its runtime, it seems like there's an intentional repetition that slamming of doors is a trigger for him to go back to square one mentally. Like every time a door is slammed in a situation, all of a sudden, he doesn't remember. And even even Natalie's character slams doors on purpose outside to like trigger that as if she knows it. But then in the finale, he's slamming doors left and right, and it doesn't trigger him to going back to zero so I'm like, oh, so that was bullshit.Like you say nobody has, I mean maybe somebody has a similar version of this
