i think so much of that toxic spirituality is chasing enlightenment. We are given emotions for reason, it's to be in all of them. And we can learn so much by just going through the emotions of it. I was literally omitting like, rage and like ugliness. That wasn't a great state to be manifesting brilliance in my life. But i'm always very frank and honest on this site. Sometimes when i had a shit to day where i just, everything went a bit wrong, and i had a really difficult dynamic at play, and i felt really agitated and angry,.
